Browsing and using the site are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these regulations.
The site is operated by “Dermotive Gmbh” ID CHE-482.990.234 (hereinafter: “Dermotive”).
Please read all the terms of the regulations carefully before using the site, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and Dermotive.
Introduction:
The store serves as an electronic shop for purchasing products by the online browsing public worldwide.
A precondition for the validity of the purchase is the approval of the credit card company for the transaction and the collection.
The provisions of these regulations shall apply to any use and purchase made by you in this store, constituting a binding contract between you and the store, in all respects.
You are requested to read these regulations in their entirety and carefully, as a precondition for the engagement between the parties.
Browsing the store and/or purchasing the product and/or service offered for sale therein constitutes your consent to accept and act according to the
regulations’ instructions, therefore, if you do not agree to any and/or all of the terms of these regulations, you are requested not to make any use of the
store.
The use of masculine language in the regulations is for convenience only and where masculine language is used, it also refers to the feminine in the implied.
The sale is not intended for wholesale.
Eligibility to Participate in Site Sales:
Anyone who meets the cumulative conditions detailed below is entitled to register on the site to request purchases:

Valid Payment Method: You must have a valid credit card, debit card, or alternative payment method accepted by our platform that is issued

Import Duties and Taxes: You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and other customs fees levied by your home country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility (check your local customs office for details).
Currency Fluctuations: Our prices are listed in Dollar. The actual amount charged on your credit card may vary slightly due to current exchange rates.
Products Offered on the Site:
For each product or service offered for sale, a “sales page” is displayed, including the product or service’s name offered for sale, the price or the
service offered for sale, the shipping price, and the total price including shipping fees.
The images displayed on the site are for illustration purposes only.
Sales Methods in the Store:
The store displays a list of products including all the details about the product or service offered for sale and its price as predetermined, the sale through the site is until stock in the warehouse is depleted.
The completion of the sale process is conditional upon approval and verification of the transaction by phone and/or by email of the participant
within 24 hours from the time of order and also on the condition that the requested product is in stock at the time of completing the sale.
Participation in Sales:
Entering all the details is a precondition for performing the sale; after filling in all the details, the participant becomes an “operator”. For the order to be
executed quickly, efficiently, and without faults, it is crucial to provide all the details accurately.
The operator will be charged for the cost of the product or service ordered by him, through the credit card, after the transaction is approved by the credit card companies.
A customer requesting self-collection will be charged the full amount of the order (it is not possible to reserve a product without full payment).
The details as entered in the registration page and the transaction record in the store’s computers will constitute absolute proof of the correctness of the actions.
Submitting false details is a criminal offense, and the doer is liable to criminal and civil legal proceedings.
In case the transaction was not approved by the credit card companies, the operator will receive a suitable notice within 96 hours, according to which the operator will be required to contact the store’s customer service center to arrange approval of the transaction with the credit card companies.
In such a case, the counting of the delivery dates will begin from the date of approval of the transaction by the credit card companies.
If the operator did not act to arrange the approval of the transaction within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice on the non-approval of the
transaction by the credit card companies, the store and/or the suppliers will see the transaction as cancelled.
Product Return Policy – Returning Products and/or Cancelling an Order:
Any complaint and/or treatment of a problem will be made through contact on the Dermotive site or to Dermotive’s email.
Cancellation of a Transaction:
General Cancellation: In accordance with Swiss consumer protection laws, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note, exceptions may apply (see below).
Cancellation Within One Hour: You can also cancel your order within one hour of placing it online, subject to the order not being processed or
shipped. Contact our customer service team by email [email protected] to initiate this type of cancellation.
Alternatively, to exchange the product against an equivalent alternative product or a monetary credit, as detailed below:
Cancelling the transaction within an hour from the moment of completing the order on the site and before shipping the items – will be done by a cancellation notice by phone to the site’s customer service.
Under such circumstances, the user will be entitled to a full refund (including shipping fees, if collected).
If the item was received by the user defective, or when the actual item differs from the specification displayed on the site, then the user may cancel the transaction by returning the product to the Dermotive store and/or by shipping to the site’s address at no cost.
Additional Information:
Since we offer home delivery within 7 business days, we start packing the items you ordered immediately. If you wish to cancel the order, you
must contact our customer service.

The inquiry will be made by stating the full details, and the site’s management promises to handle your inquiries promptly and efficiently.
If necessary, the site operator will contact you by phone. The response will be given within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the inquiry.
If you order during the night hours and want to cancel the order, write us an email, our customer service will respond in the morning.
Special Offers:
Products purchased under a “special sale” condition (e.g., 1+1, 3 for 200 $) and/or benefits will be returned according to the same purchase conditions (if all products are returned), if only part of the products is returned, the monetary refund and/or credit (as relevant) will be given according to the relative discount rate actually given for the product at the time of purchase.
Return and Exchange Policy:
In any case, returning the product, exchanging it for another product, or receiving a monetary credit will be subject to the following conditions:
Monetary refund in case of transaction cancellation will be made through crediting the credit card with which the transaction was made within 14 days of receiving the request to cancel the transaction and the returned item.
Exchanging the item for another product or returning it in exchange for receiving a monetary credit will be done on the internet site only, according to Dermotive’s general exchange policy, as will be updated from time to time, within 14 days from the day the product was received by the user and provided that the product was not used.
Out of Stock Items:
In any case where the item is out of stock, the site’s management is entitled to cancel the transaction or offer an alternative item, however, without derogating from the above, the site’s management will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user, including but not limited to, a case where the user will have to purchase the item at a higher price elsewhere.
Delivery of Products:
The store will ensure the delivery of the product or service purchased on the site, to the address as typed in the registration page, within the period
specified on the sales page of the product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The store will act to provide the product and/or service according to the delivery terms specified on the sales page, subject to full payment by credit
card.
The store will not be responsible for delays in delivering the product in the following cases:
3.1 Force majeure and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, war, hostile actions, emergency situations, and natural disasters.
3.2 Strike at suppliers of services or goods required for the production and/or transportation of the products.
3.3 Any reason beyond the company’s control.
In areas restricted for access by the courier company, the store and/or the supplier will be entitled to deliver the products to customers in a nearby and
accepted place, in coordination in advance with the customer.
Delivery times of the products and/or services as specified on the sales page include only all week days, i.e., not including Sunday, holiday eves, and
holidays.
The delivery of the products is to the customer’s home by a courier company according to the details specified in the order.
The term delivery and supply in these regulations means: all the necessary actions from the moment the product is received in the supplier’s warehouses until it is actually handed over to the customer These actions include reception, sorting, packaging, marking, shipping, delivery, and insurance.
In certain cases, it is possible that a product appearing on the site is out of stock in the internet store’s warehouse. In such a case, contact will be made with the customer. The customer will not be charged, and the order will be canceled.
Shipments:
The shipping fees will be paid by the customer as part of the payment for the product if there are shipping fees. The delivery time of products with home delivery is up to 7 business days, in certain cases shipments may arrive up to 14 business days.
A business day ends at 16:00. The courier will arrive at your home and deliver the shipment to you unless you requested to leave the product outside the door at your own risk.
We strive to offer competitive shipping rates. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during checkout and will depend on your chosen delivery
country, shipping company, and order specifics. Please note that shipping fees may be subject to change.

Dermotive reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time.

Any transfer of a credit card number from the site is done in an encrypted manner according to the PCI DSS standard. In cases not under its control
and/or arising from force majeure, the store will not be responsible for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the customer or anyone on
